The overriding objective of the Polish National Institute for Strategic Studies¹ and NISS TV chanel, are first and foremost the integration of all Poles of good will around Poland’s strategic goals and national interest; our endeavours guided throughout, by Christian values.

The Institute’s website is a tool focused on setting up expert and analytical teams, preparing analyses, forecasts, strategies and programmes which it then promotes and implements. The Institute aspires to be an intellectual and human resource, a consulting tool, a cadre power base, for a whole variety of social, economic and political, practical and research projects, for central government, local government, and non-governmental organizations. The Institute aims to promote principles and ideals that support Poland’s statehood and mutual respect between the state and its citizens.

Our slogan is: ”Poland’s success is your success – Your success is Poland’s success”.

The National Institute for Strategic Studies invites scientists, writers, analysts, experts and all people of good will and open minds sensitive to Polish affairs. We invite all who have ideas, programmes, strategies, expert opinions, or analyses that could help build a great country. A Poland free of the burdens of corruption, a country of dynamic growth, evolving into a modern state that is just and fair with a legal system equally so. To build a Poland free of social ills, with equal opportunities for everyone, sensitive to the needs of all its citizens. A Poland respected internationally, with clearly defined policies, implemented effectively in defence and support of Poland’s reason of state, its national and strategic interests.

We will search out the most interesting texts, innovative projects, and most original ideas and initiatives – on the web, in both public and non-public domains – which we will then publicise, publish and promote.

We see our fundamental role as an initiator of debate – the development of ideas about the state, the economy and society – in strategic terms.

Our web site was created and is maintained thanks to the charitable support and generous donations of individuals and organizations. We wanted to show that where a group of people of good-will gather and cooperate for the benefit of society, meaningful results can be achieved, without any initial funding.

The fulfilment of our mission of course involves expense on office equipment, web site maintenance, the organization of events, printing materials, covering travel related and other costs. We therefore seek sponsors and clearly welcome all gestures of material, voluntary and financial support.
